Chef Steve Clark
Steve has cooked professionally for over 40 years, drawing on Greek, Italian, French, and Downeast Maine traditions. He's in the kitchen every day — and you'll often find him out front, too.
Made from Scratch, Every Day
We source seafood from Maine fishermen and produce from nearby farms, then make everything in-house — the chowder, the baklava, the pecan pie, the crepes, the sauces. There's no shortcut version of any of it.
Three Rooms, One Gathering Place
A dining room for proper dinners, a bar with live music on Fridays and open mic on Sundays, and a game room for families. This has been Baileyville's spot for birthdays, fundraisers, and everyday meals for nearly two decades.
